If you are doing a reposync and have a repository with a breed of yum, you must 
add the following policy to allow the creation of a directory in the 
/var/cache/yum directory.


module test 1.0;

require {
                type rpm_var_cache_t;
                type cobblerd_t;
                class dir create;
}

#============= cobblerd_t ==============
allow cobblerd_t rpm_var_cache_t:dir create;

I would recommend that this be combined with the policy from bugzilla 648988.
