There are two interface cards on the machine, at first I was also getting the problem where it was asking for which device to use, which I solved by adding ksdevice=eth0 to the kernel options. Device two however hasn't seemed to get its information from the DHCP either, even though the mac's are both correct (going to be reinstalling the machine again now)

When the system initially boots, it finds the /gpxe/system/name file perfectly, which is how it starts with the image it needs, but when linux tries to install, it cant find the ksfile unless it has a profile that has the same name.

Once loaded the system also went into a reinstall loop, even though pxe only once is configured, but I think that is a problem with my kickstart files, though the main problem is why its not finding the file at first?

On my system currently I have 6 different distributions, with 8

    file could not be found.

Are the mac addresses configured in Cobbler ok? Perhaps the system in question is doing it's PXE thing from another network interface (thus mac address)?
