Documentation is still a work in progress, unfortunately. For now, here is a link to the wiki which should be able to get you started, and any other questions that come up feel free to ask the mailing list or hop on IRC (Freenode - #cobbler). https://github.com/cobbler/cobbler/wiki/Using-cobbler-with-a-configuration-management-system The biggest gotcha that typically comes up is you must use the --dns-name field for the interface, as that is the field that is used for the node name in puppet (it does not fall back to using the --hostname field, though I think I did work on a patch to make that naming a bit looser).
