I for one need to have the IPMI addressess constantly even if the other
DHCP addresses aren't generated.
Currently, I create entries such as:
host ipmi_0019B9D3527F {
hardware ethernet 00:19:B9:D3:52:7F;
fixed-address 10.12.15.10;
}
