I recommend using Cobbler to do the following for you: 1) Manage your OS distributions 2) Deploy your systems (PXE, koan virtual boots) 3) Provide basic filesystem partitioning (the snippets are very useful for this) 4) Kickoff CM: either Chef, Puppet, ansible-pull, or other. This is what Cobbler-Web's Management Tab is for :)
If you have not used CM before, I strong recommend looking into Ansible as it has the least challenging learning curve: http://docs.ansible.com/ansible/intro_getting_started.html Also, as it's been mentioned before on this list and elsewhere, the same guy who started the Cobbler project is the guy who started Ansible.
