Subject: [cobbler] Re: mgmt_classes getting deprecated?

Hi,

That message is related to the monit support which will not be available in 3.0.
Management classes will be available in 3.x!

The docs could be way more clear/better :(

Hope this helps!

Cheers,
Jörgen

Hey guys,
So while looking at the documentation on the Systems section,
(https://cobbler.github.io/manuals/2.8.0/3/1/3_-_Systems.html) I saw that it
mentions that "THIS FEATURE HAS BEEN DEPRECATED AND WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN
COBBLER 3.0" but I see no such mention of this anywhere else in the Management
Classes section, in GitHub, in release notes, etc... can someone verify if this
is really a thing? and if so, what the replacement to it is supposed to be
since we currently use management classes rather heavily.

Thanks,
