Over the last two weeks I've observed what I finally identified today
(because I actually had a scope) as a lesser snow goose mixed in with
a flock of cackling and Canada geese at Clement Park. This is about
1/2 mile east of the Wadsworth/Bowles intersection in Littleton.

Each time I've seen the bird it's been at the northeast corner just
west of the west entrance to the park. Not as exciting, but I had
nice looks at a sharp-shinned hawk on the SW side of the park
yesterday. There was also one winter red-winged blackbird hanging out
next to the parking lot on the west side of the park.
