Hi all:

While driving on Hwy 52 west of Dacono this morning, I noted some 15,000+
Red-winged Blackbirds perched in trees on the north side of the road near the
intersection with 11 Road.? Figuring that I ought to search for rarer species,
I stopped and scanned through them and was rewarded with at least six adult
male Yellow-headed Blackbirds among the hordes.? It often pays to search
through large flocks of birds.

Sincerely,

Tony Leukering
