As I was just finishing up a run before noon today, I decided to swing
by Sloan's lake and see what was dabbling in the ice free areas. Just
as I was approaching, the hoards of shovelers and canada geese took to
the skies. I found out why when I got to the shore. An adult Bald
Eagle was on the ice having a nice meal, surrounded by 4 pesky crows.

Nothing much more besides the usual hooded mergansers, a pair of
common goldeneye, coots, gadwall, and mallards.
