As you all know, I feed the Rosy Finches in Crested Butte. I have noted that Snowmass ski area feeds at the top. I asked Tim Mueller the head of Crested Butte Mt. Resort to put feeders up. He got back to me and stated that the forest service, we are the GUMG district, has said no. Please send me any info on other ski area feeding and any info on forest service rules. It appears that White River is good with it, and Gunnison is not. I think it would be good for the birds, so send me info please. Thanks Linda Powers Crested Butte Gunnison County
