I sent the hummingbird video link to hummingbird expert Sheri Williamson at
the Southeastern Arizona Bird Observatory in Bisbee, Arizona. She believes
the bird is a female Costa's. Read below:

Hi, Rachael,

It certainly looks like a female Costa's to me, based on the rounded tail,
very dark lores, and apparent lack of gorget stippling and rufous in the
underparts. Great record for Colorado!
