Hi cobirders Monday there was a very little rain overnight. A flock
of 50 Red-wings stopped to feed on the drum feeder. With them
was the first Common Grackle. Flock didn't stay long. Two beautiful
Bluejays came later also first since last fall.
Tuesday the Grackle returned briefly. First female Red-winged
Blackbird appeared. Two came wednesday.
The lilacs and chokecherry have been leafing out since March 22.
Spring has sprung.
