Hi birders, While doing biological surveys in eastern Colorado today, I happened to come across this Swainson's Hawk grasping one of my favorite mammals, a thirteen-lined ground squirrel, in its talons. Although amazing, sometimes events in nature, at least for me, are not always easy to see. Image here:
