Among numerous others, I was at the scene of the reported Black Phoebe in
Boulder within an hour or so of the initial report. The numerous bluebirds
were behaving like phoebes desperately seeking food in the cold rain. One in
particular resembled a black phoebe. I have photos posted at
http://www.pbase.com/quetzal/oddbird.
