Thanks to Gary Lefko we drove to Crom Lake. One advantage fewer cars and close to the water and wide road. Saw the Avocets, Least Sandpipers right by the road, a Savanah Sparrow and best of all the Marbled Godwits. On out to the prairie to see Vesper Sparrows and heard Grasshoppper Sparrows. When I got home there was a White-winged Dove at my feeder. First for my yard. So I was excited.
