This is in response to Walter Szeliga's question about eco-doves outnumbering mourning doves.
I had eco-doves all winter under my feeders in Broomfield, on the east side of Lac Amora park. Sometimes there were as many as ten. But since the mourning doves have come back, they're are only doves under my feeders. There are usually three to four of them. I still hear the eco-doves, but they don't seem to be feeding at my feeders and they don't seem to be driving the mourning doves away.
