My wife and I did our "evening drive" (to enjoy the weather and
prairie scenery mostly) and I showed her the Red-necked Phalarope--
still present at Crom Lake at 8PM.  She got a kick out of watching
20-30 phalaropes swimming around, picking bugs off the water surface.
