Early this morning was quite exciting regarding sparrows in our yard.
The following have been seen:

Chipping Sparrow - 2-3 dozen
Lark Sparrow - 1-2 dozen
Clay-colored Sparrow - over five dozen (easily), we watched "wave
after wave" going from west to east across our field or landing in our
landscaped area for what seemed like minutes. We had six taking a
water bath at same time.
Brewer's Sparrow - less than a dozen, one came right up to our french
door base.
Vesper Sparrow - less than a dozen
Lark Bunting - few
White-crowned Sparrow - 4-6+

Non-sparrow, new arrival:
Rock Wren
