Sorry. I was wrong in assuming this was on the County Birding website. From the intersection of Broadway and Table Mesa Drive, go north on Broadway to Dartmouth. Take Dartmouth west to Kohler. Take Kohler south, then turning west, to Deer Valley Road further west, and park at the intersection of Deer Valley Rd. and Hollyberry Lane. From the trailhead, go straight south, uphill a bit, to a dirt service road that you take straight west by the NCAR pump house on the left, and then over a little bridge, and the Chestnut-sided Warbler was about 50 feet west of that. I found a singing male Chestnut-sided Warbler at Skunk Canyon today. Posed for great photos. It was only 100-200 yards west of the trailhead, just west of the bridge that is just west of the NCAR pump house. If you think you hear a Yellow Warbler at that spot, it might be, or........ Yesterday, I had a female Common Merganser on a tiny pond in my neighborhood; good bird for June.
