While surveying for cuckoos along the Gunnison River (at McCabe's Lane Wetland) there were two singing Least Flycatchers. They were very close to each other in the narrowleaf cottonwoods (counter-singing?). I don't remember hearing any reports from this location. McCabe's Lane Wetland is at least one mile upstream from the Neversink Trail location. Has anyone heard/seen them along the Neversink Trail this year?
