Cool. It's a European Starling. 
 
Now, some of you might say, "Gosh, that was easy, it's just a starling." But 
here's a question: What sex is the bird? That is discernible from the photo, I 
believe.
 
And here's a tricky question (but not a trick question): What plumage is it in? 
Anybody know?
 
Starlings are cool.
