When thinking about "What is COBIRDS?" (described at CFO-Link.org) it
specifically reads "COBirds is for the discussion of Colorado Birds"--
which is open for varying interpretation.

When I read that statement I "feel" and have the "expectation" that
COBIRDS is there for use/enjoyment/education by novices to experts to
express how birding makes us feel, to learn value or to discussing
anything about Colorado's birds--from the Lapland Longspur at our
feeders, identification challenges, a new open space or natural area,
new birding technologies, to 20,000+ mallards gathered at WCR 124 or
Woods Lake (certainly a spectacle to behold even if they are "just"
Mallards) to 120+ Bald Eagles sitting on Union Reservoir or even
rarities (Snow Buntings and such).

This personal interpretation is in line with how I feel about how any
community should behave--inclusive.

My three cents ... :-)
