We had a nice flock of 25 Sandhill Cranes fly over, but they were not
high up. It appeared they were looking for a place to land. Also,
I've had a lovely Scrub Jay visiting my yard for the last several
days, finally heard it's distinctive vocalization today. I live just
off the edge of the dry, scrub habitat that they prefer.
