The Fox Ranch is indeed a need area. While the Kingbird appears to have a white edge on theone side of the tail, probably because of the angle of the photo, the tail appears to me to beslightly forked. But the bill doesn't seem large enough to be a very stray Tropical or Couch's Kingbird. Wayne Wathen
