Hello fellow Colorado birders. I just joined this group and wanted to share some of my recent discoveries. I recently joined the world of birding after a spring trip to Alaska. Since then I've been exploring my home state keeping a lookout for any and every bird I can find. The most recent additions to my life list (from Saturday) was a Northern Shrike that I found in Weld County along CR-37 just south of the intersection with CR-108 and a pair of Ring-necked Pheasants found along CR-46 just east of the intersection with CR-45 south of Lower Latham Reservoir.
