Hi cobirders I found the missing cobird messages on my servers spam control. Do not know what made them do that. Took an hour to retrieve them. Not sure if the problem is solved yet.

Today the snow started on schedule at 10AM soon got quite heavy. A flock of 50 male Red-wing BB came to finish off seed that was left. Soon took off and a Cooper's Hawk came screaming in halted in the lower branch of the Russian Olive stayed there for a few minutes moved to back fence and suddenly disappeared. I put
out more seed and later some bread crumbs.

Yesterday (Tuesday) I went to the Wheat Ridge Green Belt for 2 hours nice day. Prospect Pond was 50% frozen and had lots of merry go round Shovelers in 3 groups. a female Red-breasted Merganser was swiming and diving with a male Common Goldeneye. Got to watch out for those redheads that need a
haircut.

May find time to check the backyard birds tomorrow.
Thanks to those who replied to my problem
