Hello birders in CO, I'm heading up to Denver in a few days and am wondering where to go as we head up to Summit County. Birds of interest are Ferruginous and Rough-legged Hawks, Ptarmigans and Rosy-finches (of course). Also, are there any lakes in the Denver area that have ducks and gulls at the moment?
The current plan is the DIA owl loop for the hawks, a park for some gulls or ducks, then a stop along 70 for some Rosy-finches (maybe Empire?, and any accessible passes with recent sightings of W-TPt?). Thanks for any and all suggestions, Liston Rice Houston, TX -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Colorado Birds".
