While skiing at Keystone, had a flock of ~25 Rosy-Finches, mostly Brown-capped 
with 2 Gray-crowned including a Hepburn's.  Location specifics below.  Late 
afternoon, I stopped by the Blue River Water Treatment Plant (Silverthorne) 
where the duck numbers are down considerably from mid-January.  There were 3 
Barrow's Goldeneye, specifics below in my eBird submission.  Earlier in the day 
while driving , I saw a buteo which I believe was a Red-tailed Hawk.  Total 
species from eBird reports are below.

Notes:     Flock of Rosy-Finches at top of North Peak, Keystone ski area.  
Estimated the flock at ~25 with 2 Gray-crowned Rosy-Finches including one nice 
Hepburn's race.  The balance were Brown-capped R-F's.
