I am thinking about building a barn own house and mounting it on the south side of our houseat the peak of the roof eave. (about 12 feet up). I have found some plans online that look good and have two questions: Our house is almost adjacent to a large open space area with woods and fields in Colorado Springs.
1. Is this is a good idea? 2. Should the house be painted or not Any other comments would be welcome!
