I was able to relocate the Harris's Sparrow at Greenlee Preserve around
11:00 this morning.   I saw it between the path and the cattail section of
the pond,  it was moving through the brushy area to the SW of the
observation deck, following a mixed flock of Juncos.
'Witness' quality photos will be up on my blog sometime later today or this
evening.
