A single BURROWING OWL has returned to an historic nest site in central Boulder County as of today. The area's off limits in order to protect owls, but thought a FOS post would be appropriate for anyone else out there who's interested in such things. I spotted my FOS SAY'S PHOEBE near the Culver Pond on 95th St today, too.
