Pretty quite birding around Lamar yesterday.

My main visit was to Granada and the Japanese Internment camp.
-singing Curved bill Thrasher
-several hundred robins and Starlings
-lots of EC Doves and Morning Doves
-a few Lark Sparrows

Lamar City College woods
-5 Brown Thrashers...enjoyed their singing
-1 male Northern Cardinal (very vocal and kept landing on a car and looking
at itself in the side mirror)
-1 Dusky Flycatcher
-many Yellow Rumped Warblers

Swainson Hawks everywhere!

Saw the Yellow-crowned Night heron in Fountain at 6pm last night on the way
home.
