I took a long lunch and wandered up tho the hawk watch today. A friendly
olive-sided flycatcher was perched along the ridge.
Unfortunately the hawk watch wasn't covered today. In an hour (12-1) I had
20 migrating raptors. The wind was fairly strong north (cool with 70% cloud
cover) and many were close, a couple extremely high.

4 broad-winged hawks (2 adult, 2 immature)
1 red-tailed hawk (other locals)
6 unidentified buteos (most west ridge, guessing broad-winged on 4)
1 Cooper's
1 sharp-shinned
3 kestrel
3 turkey vulture
1 osprey (and one heading SE ?)

Also good movement of swallows and swifts overhead, yellow-rumped
warblers and sparrows along the ridge.
