This morning I was treated to not only 3-4 Bullock's Orioles, 2-3 Rose- breasted and 4-5 Black-headed Grosbeaks, but also to my yard's First of Season Lazuli Bunting. He was a fine specimen, if he did have trouble between black-birds, cow-birds and grackles...plus wind like no tomorrow! Heck, even the grackles were flying backwards and the hummingbirds, well, I just don't know how they do it!
Still...spring has officially sprung, if you ask me!
