Dear COBIrders~ The Denver Field Ornithologists field trip for Sunday, May 30, will be to the Wheat Ridge Greenbelt in search of any lingering migrants and new arrivals. Meet at 7:30 at Prospect Park Lake near the permanent restrooms, south of West 44th Ave. just east of Robb St. This is an excellent area to see warblers as well as other birds migrating through. This will be a half day trip so bringing lunch is optional (keep in mind Memorial Day weekend, the picnic shelter may be full). Contact leader Tamie Bulow, 303-877-1990, with any questions. Terrain is flat with easy walking. Open to members and non-members, beginner to advanced. Weather looks good for a beautiful day!
