COBirders,

The Arkansas Valley Audubon Society's website now has a new feature called
"Reference Section" that is found on the menu at the left side of the
homepage. Visit www.socobirds.org <http://www.socobirds.org/> , click that
link and you will find that, so far, it contains only one item: PUEBLO CO
AREA MIGRATION CALENDAR (1963 thru May 2010) 3rd ed. Revised.

The Calendar's compiler is Dave Silverman, of Rye, a well-known and
respected veteran birder. He writes: The purpose of this CALENDAR is to
record earliest arrival and latest departure dates for migrant birds in the
Pueblo Colorado area. This area includes Pueblo and adjacent counties,
excluding El Paso County, and is the same area covered by Arkansas Valley
Audubon Society checklists. Since this area contains habitats found in many
other parts of the state, this information is very useful for any Colorado
birder.

It is AVAS's intention to add more valuable items to the Reference Section
page of our website. All are invited to regularly visit Socobirds.
