I wasn't going to report this bird because it was gone as soon as I flushed it
but after discussing this with another local birder it might be of interest to
EPC birders as a heads-up for Upland Sandpipers in the county.

Early Saturday morning (between 7:00-7:15) I flushed an Upland in my yard which
is in north-east EPC , north and between Falcon and Peyton. It has been seen in
the county before by experienced birders.
I may not have known what this bird was as I saw it very briefly but I have had
recent experience observing several Uplands in North Dakota in June. (Thanks
John, Ira, and Chris!).
I will be birding the county roads very early in the morning this week and will
report if I see other ones.
