I've been out of active birding so long--since I moved to Colorado Springs from Michigan in 1999--that I don't really know what's post- worthy. But, this is fun and I wanted to share. We have a pair of what I believe must be Black-Throated Sparrows nesting in our back yard, tucked under a tuft of grass. Two fuzzy-headed hatchlings. I have a digital photo on my iPhone of the babies with their mouths wide open to be fed, but don't have a site to post it on. Unfortunately no photos of the adults yet.
