Dear Birding Community, I am sorry to relay the sad news of the unexpected death of Jo Dirckx this morning around 9:30 am.
Jo was a long time active member with her husband Ferd in the DFO and the CFO as well as a member of the Boulder Bird Club and Tuesday Birders. She was treasurer for the first Colorado Breeding Bird Atlas and led field trips for DFO and BBC. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
