This morning while out on our covered porch we saw:

Wilson's Warblers
Townsend's Warblers
American Robins
Bullock's Oriole ( have not seen any of these in the yard since they all
fledged almost 2 months ago)
Broad-tailed Hummingbird (1 lone female)
Black-chinned Hummingbird (1 lone female)

While walking the dog a Lathrop I saw:
Sabine's Gull (best looks so far, very close, excellent light)
Forster's Terns (3)
A very large raft of Ruddy Ducks
Common Mergansers
Too many Clark's/Western Grebes to count
Canada Geese
Blue-winged Teal
Double-crested Cormorants
Green-tailed Towhee (was a little surprised by this one - have not seen one
of these out there before)
Vesper Sparrow
Chipping Sparrow
Western Tanager
Wilson's Warblers
Lesser Goldfinch
Osprey (this bird looked like it was water-skiing, although I have seen
Osprey dive before, I have never seen them skimming the water, talons
extended-the bird did this several times)
American Coot
Mountain Bluebirds
Bushtits
Juniper Titmouse
Turkey Vultures (these will be leaving very shortly)

I would say fall migration has gotten into full swing here at last!
