We welcomed the cooler weather, as we banded 50 birds today. More like fall
every day – 8 warblers, 29 sparrows. Here’s the breakdown:

Ruby-crowned Kinglet 4
Hermit Thrush 6
Gray Catbird 1
Orange-crowned Warbler 5
Wilson’s Warbler 3
Chipping Sparrow 7
Song Sparrow 2
Lincoln’s Sparrow 2
White-crowned Sparrow-Gambel’s 8
Oregon Junco 6
Pink-sided Junco 4
Next closed day is Wednesday; otherwise open every day, weather permitting!
