I hiked the Davidson Mesa plateau from 6:15 to 7:15 pm this evening. Nothing
unusual. One Horned Lark, 6 Western Meadowlarks, and a wiley Coyote.

Subject: [cobirds] Sprague's Pipit non-sighting

Went up to Davidson Mesa from 8:30 to 9:30 this morning and did not locate the
pipit. I did see one bird with white in its tail flying away from me but
couldn't ID it before it settled back into the grasses. A juvenile golden eagle
and a red-tail flew over, which was nice, but otherwise it was pretty quiet.

If anyone else is going to look for the pipit, please let me know.
