This weekend I was unable to relocate any swamp sparrows at Manitou Lake.
I did have a singing Am Dipper at the dam spillway. I also had a Virginia Rail calling at the east end of the boardwalk, as well as a ruby-crowned kinglet. The winter-plumaged eared grebes continue at the lake also.
