Not a rare bird, but, in today's wind, a prairie falcon sailed over my house at roughly Colorado Blvd and Orchard. I have lived here for four years, and this is a new "yard" bird. Otherwise, in my yard, a large flock of robins has been present eating berries intermittently for the past week, plus 2 to 4 solitaires...no varied thrush, however; two cedar waxwings were here 3 days ago; one or two mourning doves; juncos of Oregon and slate-colored (one with a very faint white wing stripe) are here daily; bushtits 2 to 5 are here once every week or two; two red-br nuthatches remain; up to 4 blue jays...plus the other "standard" stuff.
