My sister Lauren Burke and I postponed a Pawnee Trip with our Dad - too windy - and spent the morning in Broomfield.
We visited Tom Frost, Plaster, and Nissin (?) Reservoirs. Lots of typical ducks and birds, the highlights being a Marsh Wren at the bridge west of Plaster, and a White-throated Sparrow on the north end of Nissin, a life bird for Lauren! Wanna read more?
