Some references consistently withstand the test of time, and this is true of Andrews and Righters "Colorado Birds" published in 1992. While I really enjoy the expanding electronic media of bird knowledge, Colorado Birds is always within arms reach to lend some clarity to bird distribution in the state.
And while information and species ranges are constantly in flux, overall distributions of most species have not greatly changed and Colorado Birds remains a relevant and enjoyable reference, and a most important reference for Colorado birders even today. We are lucky to have it. In appreciation! -- Scott Scott Severs Longmont, CO -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Colorado Birds" group.
