Tim and other COBirders, The Red Phalarope found by Ted Floyd was still present around 2:45 PM today, 11/1/10, at Baseline Res in Boulder. It was "spinning" out in the middle of the lake near a couple Eared Grebes and looked, all-in-all, pretty healthy. There were also 2 Common Loons present. I did not see any scoters.
