I'm not sure the map link worked or not that I tried to make.  Hopefully most
people who bird Pueblo Reservoir know this area, since the area has produced
rarities for years and I've tried to explain how to get to this location for
years and years.  The roads aren't really marked, except for the huge green
sign at the beginning at the dirt road, saying State Wildlife Area, Pueblo
Reservoir.  Follow the dirt road, and don't make any right turn (that goes to
Turkey Creek), instead go until there is a road that goes left, take that, and
look for the next right to a dirt parking area.  This is the kittiwake
location.  The loon may be seen from here, or drive around a little further to
another parking lot, near the newer boat ramp and check the water from the end
of the boat ramp.  Please don't e-mail me for more directions, I have no idea
how to explain this area any better.
