Folks- I'd like to invite you to participate in the Boulder Christmas Bird Count which will be held on Sunday, 19 December this year. We have about 30 territories covering a wide diversity of habitats ranging from those with strenuous hiking in the foothills and plains surrounding town to more relaxed regions in the suburbs & riparian corridors of town (all capable of turning up great birds!) The Boulder count typically enjoys very high participation so the more the merrier! We also encourage feeder-watchers so if you live within 7.5 miles of central Boulder and would like a feeder-watcher form I'd be happy to send you one.
