This morning (Sunday) while walking the dog along the riparian habitat of Big Dry Creek from Sheridan Blvd. west (upstream) to the Westminster Recreation Center area, in short order I observed a perched Cooper's hawk being harassed by a magpie, the albino Red- tailed Hawk on its favorite perch due east of the Recreaction Center, two other Red-tailed Hawks on power poles, and a male American Kestrel.
